In 2011, we were proud to celebrate 31 years of providing scholarships and honoring African American leaders in Northeast Ohio for their civic service and investment in the community.
BPACF has maximized the educational, cultural and social opportunities for African Americans. BPACF provides programmatic support and financial support to educational and cultural institutions.
Over the years, BPACF has continued its commitment to the community:

Raised and distributed more than $2.6 million dollars to scholarships and grants

Provided Scholarships to over 500 African American students
